  • Our jewelries are handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated indigenous techniques which cannot be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.

Returns on Damages
 

  • We try our best to deliver products in the right conditions by doing proper quality checks.
  • In a very rare case, a defect may pass unnoticed. In such a case, please submit an exchange request via the returns portaland include the product pictures, as soon as you receive your order.

  • Customers will be responsible for all the shipping costs for return items.
  • For any defective product returns, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. We will exchange the item if available in stock or issue the refund upon approval.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused to the packaging during transit.
  • We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.

Cancellation policy


If for any reason, you wish to cancel the order, after the payment has been captured but before shipping, then kindly reach out to us on and we will take care of cancellation of your order.

For any customized product cancellation, the refunded amount will be 80% of the total invoice amount.
